I work as property manager and manage seven properties. When the Board started looking into installing cameras and upgrading their systems, I contacted Eddie at Remote Ally. We were unsatisfied with our existing security camera system in place at our building. We later met with the team at RemoteAlly and were blown away by the friendly, knowledgeable staff, customer service and the quality of the product. But most importantly, we love the care that they give us in service. Our system went down one day and we couldn't figure out what was wrong.
